Welcome to Z to Z Copy! Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit. Since you've made it this far, I assume you are at least minimally interested in me and my copywriting. Let me introduce myself, giving you more information than you asked for. My name is Zane Zeller. Yes, you read that right, double "Z" initials. And yes, I was always last in the lunch line during elementary school.

 

I found my way into copywriting through my passion for psychology. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder when I was 15 years old. I didn't feel depressed, but if both my mother and the doctor were telling me they thought I was, I figured I should at least try to understand what depression really was. Immediately, I began researching as much as I could about depression, the human mind, and how it works. I am still far from having any real understanding of the workings of the human mind; however, as I learned more and grew older, I began to understand there were many more people like me, suffering in silence and fighting every single day just to get through. As soon as I recognized this suffering in people around me, I did all I could to help, even if it wasn't much. During this time, I realized that I wanted to help as many people as possible.

 

We have come a long way, even in just one decade, in terms of mental health awareness and treatment, but there is still so much more we need to do to help people in an effective, lasting manner. That is why I am working on creating courses that teach basic strategies on how to battle mental illness. They will by no means replace therapy or other treatments, but they will help people form foundations from which they can build a healthy mental state. Working on these courses led me down the rabbit hole of marketing. It didn't take me long to realize I also had the passion of helping people grow their business. The most effective way I can do that is through writing. So now, here I am, offering my services to help businesses grow.
